On Sunday, February 2, award-winning superstars Jenifer Lopez and Shakira put on a Super Bowl Halftime show that people couldn’t stop talking about. 

Shakira opened the show, dressed in a sparkly red dress, and started with some of her most popular songs. She showed off her well-known belling dancing skills. while singing her top hit “Hips Don’t Lie”. As a surprise, Shakira brought out one of her friends, the famous Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny. The two singers put on an electrifying performance while singing Cardi B’s “I Like It”.

The halftime show then continued with Jenifer Lopez. Following her success in her movie Hustlers, JLO displayed her newfound talent for pole dancing. Lopez also performed her famous songs such as “Jenny from the Block ” as well as “Let’s Get Loud”. Shortly after her daughter came on the stage and sang. For the finale, both Shakira and Jenifer Lopez came out and sang ”Waka Waka”. This show was a bit different than normal, but it did receive a lot of attention.
