I loved the movie Wicked. It’s such a good twist on The Wizard of Oz. The way it explores the backstory of Elphaba and Glinda is very intriguing.
The music is also incredible. “Defying Gravity” is a very emotional song. The movie is a mix of humor, drama and themes about friendship and acceptance. Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivio both did a wonderful job with powerful vocals and heartfelt acting. The music is very memorable with numbers like “Dancing Through Life” and “Popular” that will stay with you long after the movie.
Wicked is a must-see for anyone who loves musical theater, offering a compelling story, unforgettable music and a fresh take on a beloved tale. If you haven’t seen it yet, you definitely need to!
