Out of your entire high-school experience, what has been your favorite class, and why?

Definitely my AP Bio class, just because it was hard and challenging but so much fun, and Mrs. Russo just made it. . . It was just a good class. And I learned a lot.

Do you prefer to use highways or back roads?

Probably the highway, just because it is quicker, but if back roads were quicker, I’d probably use them: Like, if I’m going to my beach house down in Palm Coast—I drive down there a lot—there’s no rush, so it’s nice sometimes to go on the back roads.

What movie or TV show has spoken to or entertained you the most, and why?

I don’t really have one, just because. . . I just don’t spend my time watching TV or movies or stuff.

What is your favorite mobile or desktop app?

Instagram.

Where is the best place to eat in Jacksonville?

Biscotti’s because it is so close to my house and it’s so good; they do a really good brunch.

What is your favorite book and/or book genre?

Motivational/inspirational- and business-type books. I used to read a lot of Harry Potter and stuff like that, but now I read more educational and self-help and improvement books now.

What object in the universe best represents you?

I feel like a tree because a tree doesn’t really affect anybody, and they are just sort of there, creating shade for people. I like to help.

A barber is someone who shaves those, and only those, who don’t shave themselves. I ask you: Does the barber shave himself?

No, the barber can’t shave himself because. . . wait. . . Yeah, so the barber can’t shave himself because then he would be shaving himself and he can only shave those who don’t shave themselves. . . But he shaves those who don’t shave themselves, so he must shave himself. . . Yeah, I guess the barber shaves himself because he doesn’t shave himself. . . .

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

I would like to breathe underwater because I like being in the water so much, and I think being able to immerse yourself in it and breathe it would be pretty cool. It’s just such a different environment than up on earth.

If you could do anything for a day, what would you do?

I would definitely go to the beach if I had nothing to worry about.

What is your go-to grocery item?

I always have to have protein bars.

What is the greatest threat to humanity?

Humans themselves: Our own internal conflicts divide us and set us apart.

If you could travel anywhere (even in time), where would you go and why?

California in general for the natural and cultural diversity.

If you could choose the way you died, how would you go?

I would want to die peacefully of old age. I wouldn’t want to die extravagantly; I just feel like dying peacefully is the best way to go.

Asking for a friend: What is your hair regimen every morning?

So I wake up, I put a little bit of water in my hand and get my hair a little bit damp, then I have this grooming cream in a bottle that I squirt out into my hands and run it through my hair, and then I have this surf spray and I put that in my hair, just like one or two pumps and that’s it.
