Jaguars Release Leonard Fournette
The Jaguars’ former first-round pick, Leonard Fournette, has had his name name floating around whenever trade has been brought up. Many fans have been skeptical about whether or not he would be a Jaguar in the 2020-2021 season. On August 31, it was announced that Fournette was waived by the Jaguars. Fans were certainly upset about this move and were starting to question the ownership and coaching staff of the team. Fournette was signed a couple of days after his release. This is a rising team who made many big moves in the off-season. This team is none other than the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Many Jaguars fans believe that they are tanking the season on purpose in order to draft either Trevor Lawrence or Justin Fields the following year. Only time will tell. It is strange to say that Fournette is now a Buccaneer.
