2020 Volleyball Season

Maddy Carroll '22, Editor-In-Chief

This volleyball season has been different than any others in the past. Not only has Covid-19 impacted the way practices and games are run, but the Episcopal Varsity team now has a new coach, the former NCAA DI & DII Assistant, Nick St. Thomas. As his first year as an Episcopal coach, he did not disappoint.

This year the volleyball team finished out with winning 9 games and only losing 4 games. The team also made it to districts.

When volleyball player, Zoe Tutor ’22, was asked about this season, she said, “This year’s team was very bonded together, and we had so much fun.”

The new Covid-19 protocol has made it very hard for them to practice as they normally would. They however did not let this set them back. The team had more spirit than ever. The Episcopal community is so proud of our volleyball team and how much they accomplished this season.
