In their most recent showdown, the Florida State University Seminoles beat the University of Florida Gators. This was an extremely close game, by 8 points. FSU made six touchdowns and one field goal, ending the game with 45 points. UF made five touchdowns and one field goal, ending with 38 points. 

Tickets were incredibly hard to find for this rivalry game. The capacity of Doak Campbell Stadium was 100% full, with a 79,560 limit. The crowd went wild for Anthony Richardson (UF) and Jordan Travis (FSU), ending with the most passing yards in the game. 

UF ended with a total of 460 yards, and FSU ended with a total of 497 yards. Etienne ended with 129 rushing yards for UF, and Benson made 111 rushing yards, the most out of the FSU players during this game. Pearsall (UF) had 148 receiving yards at the end of the game. he made the most receiving yards out of the whole game.  

Florida State students rushed on the field after this game and celebrated with the team and their first win against the Gators in the past three years. It was a very competitive game for Florida residents and a very fun game for the fans.
